Axxess offers 3 categories of Products for the Telkom LTE Data Deals
- SIM ONLY Deals suitable for any LTE capable devices including mobile phones, MiFi units and Routers
- SIM + MOBILE MiFi Unit Deals suitable for mobile WiFi Access by a few users simaltenously.
- SIM + LTE Router Deals suitable for Fixed Wi-Fi access at home or the office. Usually best option for high speeds and data intensive use).

Final Step| Data Cost (Pro Rata Rate)
Axxess offers ALL its LTE data packages Pro Rata – Thus Users pay only for the fraction of remaining days for the month.
Installation & Connection details and Timelines
Generally LTE services do not require Fixed Line Infrastructure therefore they are no delays or waiting periods for installation however delays are experienced during SIM Activation and Device delivery which vary from one service provider to another. Axxess promises Clients Internet Access as soon as LTE router is delivered and service is activated.
SIM card and SIM Card delivery are free and expected within 10 Business days provided the payment is confirmed and Stock are available.
Data Allocation and SIM Activation may require up to 24 Hours however SIM activation alone would take about 30 minutes after delivery and in extreme cases 72 hours after which if client still fails to connect may have to contact Support Team HERE.
NB- To avoid any inconvenience RICA Documentation is required upon delivery of SIM and/or Device (usually an original barcoded Identity Document and a valid proof of residence however client will be notified of the specific Documentation before-hand) and Client is expected to sign for Delivery IN PERSON.
The Telkom LTE SIM is NOT Geo Locked to the closest network tower hence subscribers can move the service to any other Location within the area of coverage using ANY LTE compatible device of choice, however it may take up to 24 hours to connect to a new tower.
If a subscriber does not exhaust all their Anytime Data for a particular month, it can be rolled over and used again the following month (This is called Data Rollover and is available for all packages except for the 10+10GB package)
Subscribers using recommended LTE access devices can experience speeds ranging between 10 and 50Mbps depending on Signal reception based on the position the client situates the Router.
Axxess Telkom LTE Data deals DO NOT require a Contract (Yipee … but) they are obligations the Clients may need to commit to ie. present RICA documentation on delivery and payments due if clients terminates service before a certain period of time.
All services are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled ANYTIME however if Client’s account accrues outstanding arrears (bills) or Client cancels an LTE package before 6 months from date of Signup they will be liable to settle a cancellation fee of R999 (well R1000).
