Subscription to the service can be cancelled ANYTIME however if a Client cancels before the end of the Contract Period then the client would be obliged to settle the balance for the remaining period of the contact.
- Settling monthly subscriptions for the remaining months of the contract period

- The Vodacom (CPE) Router

Relocations and Cancellations
If a Clients relocates, internet connectivity can be resumed depending on availability of Fibre infrastructure in the new Location. Client can take up a similar service to the one they had before however additional costs will be charged to the client regarding Provisioning of the service in new location.
NB- If a Client relocates to an area where no Fibre infrastructure is available then Vodacom accepts Contract Cancellation without ANY penalties and the client is only liable to settle costs for the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) i.e. WiFi-enabled router.

Fair Usage Policy
The Fair Usage Policy or FUP refers to the monitoring of data usage and consequent reduction in speed when a specific data cap is reached to a speed of 2Mbps under “what is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)”
